1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the YnotFinance website at ynotfinance.com (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not access or use the Website.
These Terms apply to all visitors and users globally, with specific governing provisions for users accessing the Website from India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, or other international regions.
2. Description of Services
YnotFinance provides the following services:
- • Free Financial Calculators: Mathematical analysis models (such as SIP, step-up, inflation, loan EMI, and tax calculators).
- • StatementIQ: An automated bank-statement-to-Excel/CSV conversion tool allowing users to parse PDF statements.
- • User Dashboards & Quotas: Accounts allowing users to track usage history and configure parsing settings.
- • Financial Blog: Educational and research articles.
Calculators are free and anonymous. StatementIQ offers a limited free tier, with premium upgrade options. Converted files are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
3. Important Disclaimers & No Advice
ALL CALCULATORS, TAX FORMULAS, ESTIMATES, AND BLOG POSTS DISPLAYED ON YNOTFINANCE ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THEY DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL, TAX, LEGAL, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE.
Calculations are estimates only and based on standard compounding math or tax brackets applicable at the time of publication. Actual tax calculations and loan structures vary depending on individual circumstances and regulatory updates.
We strongly recommend consulting with qualified tax consultants, certified financial planners, or legal experts before acting on calculations displayed on this site.
4. Accuracy of Conversions & Document Privacy
4.1 Accuracy Disclaimer
While StatementIQ employs parsing algorithms designed for accuracy, we do not guarantee error-free conversions. Scanning anomalies, layout updates by financial institutions, and password protection may affect parsing outputs. You are strictly required to verify all parsed outputs and spreadsheet balances independently. We are not responsible for errors in bookkeeping, reconciliation, or filing results from incorrect statement parsing.
4.2 Document Privacy & Deletion Guarantee
We process uploaded PDF bank statements programmatically in volatile RAM. PDF documents uploaded to YnotFinance persist on our servers for a maximum of 24 hours to allow for retrieval, after which they are permanently deleted. Failed or cancelled uploads are deleted within 2 hours. We do not sell, share, or forward user-uploaded documents or parsed transaction data to any third-party marketing networks or advertisers.
5. User Accounts, Communications, & Security
5.1 Account Credentials
You can sign up manually (email and password) or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Account sharing, scraping, automated bot conversions, and bypassing limits/quotas are strictly prohibited and will result in instant account suspension.
5.2 Communications & Opt-Out
By creating an account, you agree to receive essential transactional, security, and administrative notifications related to your dashboard and purchases. You may also receive promotional newsletters or marketing updates from us; you can opt out of these marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting support.
6. Fees, Subscriptions, and Cancellation
6.1 Subscription Tiers & Credits
We offer one-time credit packages and monthly subscription plans. Billing is processed securely in USD or INR depending on location. Credit Expiration Policy: Unused credits from monthly subscription plans expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to subsequent months. Credits purchased as one-time packages do not expire.
6.2 Automatic Renewals, Cancellation, & Payment Failures
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard Settings prior to the renewal date. Upon cancellation, your active subscription will remain operational until the end of your current billing period, after which it will terminate.
Payment Failures: In the event that automatic renewal billing fails or a payment is declined for any reason, we reserve the right to immediately downgrade your account to the free tier and/or suspend premium parsing quotas until payment is successfully processed.
6.3 PayPal Payment Gateway & Billing Statement Descriptor
All transactions are securely routed through PayPal, our sole third-party gateway. We do not store or collect credit card or payment details on our servers. Transactions processed through our payment gateway will appear on your bank, credit card, or payment statement under the descriptor “PayPal”, “YnotFinance”, or similar billing labels designated by the gateway.
6.4 Tax Exemption Status & Invoicing
YnotFinance is owned and operated by an individual proprietor in India who is unregistered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) as the annual aggregate turnover falls below the mandatory statutory threshold under Indian GST laws.
Consequently, no GST or tax is collected, and all displayed prices are net totals (representing 0% tax). Due to this tax-exempt status, we do not issue formal tax invoices. Automated transaction receipts will be sent directly to your registered email address by PayPal upon successful checkout.
International Taxes: For customers residing outside the Republic of India, prices shown on YnotFinance are net of local sales taxes, VAT, or use taxes. You agree that you are solely responsible for self-reporting, filing, and paying any regional taxes or import duties required by your local tax authorities.
6.5 Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund window for subscriptions and credit packages from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund, you must have consumed fewer than three (3) PDF conversion credits during this 14-day period. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. Refund requests made after 14 days, or where 3 or more credits have been consumed, are strictly final and non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WEBSITE, SERVICES, AND PARSED SPREADSHEETS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2 Liability Cap
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF YNOTFINANCE, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS OR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00). THIS CAP APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL ACTION TIER.
7.3 Converter Tool Warning
StatementIQ converts financial files on an automated, best-effort algorithm. You assume full risk and responsibility for auditing the output transactions, debits, credits, and dates. We hold no liability for bookkeeping discrepancies, accounting errors, or IRS/Income Tax Department auditing fines resulting from incorrect file parses.
